small Bed & Breakfast, a cancellation fee of one
night will be charged to your credit card if your
reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to
arrival date or a 2 week cancellation for Holidays
or special events.

just a 35 minute drive from Tulsa or a 90 minute drive from
Oklahoma City. Exact directions will be given at time of
reservation.

American Express to guarantee. You may then pay however
you want upon arrival.
